By creating an account on, accessing, or otherwise using DollarPerSignal ("the Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and paying customers. DollarPerSignal reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

DollarPerSignal provides algorithmically generated trading signals from quantitative strategies. Our services include: • Access to {{totalStrategies}} backtested algorithmic trading strategies • Real-time trading signals delivered via the Platform dashboard, Telegram, and other supported channels • Strategy performance statistics and analytics • Educational content on trading, risk management, and strategy selection • A prepaid token-based payment system for signal access Our services are provided for informational and educational purposes only. We do not execute trades on your behalf, hold client funds, manage portfolios, or act as a broker, dealer, or financial intermediary.

To use DollarPerSignal, you must: • Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction • Not be a resident of the United States, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, or any other jurisdiction where access to our services is restricted or prohibited by applicable law • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information By creating an account and checking the "I agree to the Terms of Service and Risk Disclaimer" box during registration, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements above.

DollarPerSignal operates on a prepaid token system. A token is the Platform's unit of credit. • 1 token = $1.00 USD of platform credit • Tokens are purchased in packs via cryptocurrency payment and are credited to your account immediately upon payment confirmation • Tokens are non-transferable — they cannot be gifted, sold, or moved between accounts • Tokens are not a cryptocurrency, security, store of value, or investment product — they are prepaid platform credits with no cash value outside this Platform

Tokens — free, bonus, and purchased — never expire. We apply no time-based or usage-based expiry to your balance. The three categories below differ in how they are earned and whether they are eligible for withdrawal, not in lifetime. a) Purchased Tokens Tokens bought through a token pack purchase. They never expire while your account is active and are the only category eligible for withdrawal (see Section 9). b) Free Tokens Tokens awarded at no cost, including verification rewards (email: 4 tokens, phone: 3 tokens, Telegram: 3 tokens) and any welcome bonus credited during a launch promotion. They never expire while your account is active. They are not eligible for withdrawal. Welcome Bonus (promotional): we may offer a limited number of new users (for example, the first 100) a Welcome Bonus of free tokens. These are free tokens — they never expire while your account is active, are not withdrawable, and are spent first. The promotion ends when the limit is reached. c) Bonus Tokens Tokens earned through referrals (+3 tokens per referral), token pack bonuses, tournaments, or administrative credits. They never expire while your account is active. They are not eligible for withdrawal. When tokens are spent on signal delivery, they are deducted in the following priority order: free tokens first, then bonus tokens, then purchased tokens. This means your purchased tokens — the only category eligible for withdrawal — are always consumed last. d) Account Inactivity Policy A separate account-inactivity policy applies if your account is completely inactive — no login, no signal received, and no purchase — for an extended period: - At 12 months of inactivity, your account is suspended and your token balance is frozen. - Between 12 and 24 months of continued inactivity, purchased tokens may be refunded on request, minus a 10% inactivity fee plus any applicable processing fees. Free and bonus tokens are not refundable under any circumstances. - After 24 months of continued inactivity, your account and all associated token balances are permanently closed and cannot be recovered. Any login, received signal, or token purchase resets the inactivity clock. We send advance notice before suspension 30, 14, and 7 days before the 12-month threshold.

Each time a signal is delivered to you from a strategy you follow, 1 token is deducted from your balance. The outcome of the underlying trade determines whether a partial refund is issued: • Winning trade (take-profit hit): 1 token is permanently deducted. No refund. • Losing trade (stop-loss hit): 0.5 tokens are refunded to your free token balance. • Delivery failure: If the Platform fails to deliver a signal through any channel, the full 1 token is refunded. IMPORTANT: The 0.5-token loss refund is a partial refund of the Platform's signal fee only. It does not compensate for, offset, or in any way relate to trading losses incurred in your broker account. You may still lose money on the trade itself regardless of the token refund. See the Risk Disclaimer for further details.

Tokens are sold in the following packs (prices in USD, paid via cryptocurrency): • Starter — $10: 10 tokens ($1.00 per signal) • Pro — $30: 30 tokens + 6 bonus tokens ($0.83 effective per signal) • Elite — $60: 60 tokens + 18 bonus tokens ($0.77 effective per signal) The base tokens in each pack are classified as "purchased tokens". Any bonus tokens included in a pack are classified as "bonus tokens". Neither expires while your account is active. DollarPerSignal reserves the right to modify pack sizes, prices, and bonus structures at any time. Changes do not affect tokens already credited to your account.

New accounts can earn up to 10 free tokens by completing verification steps: email verification (4 tokens), phone verification (3 tokens), and Telegram connection (3 tokens). Each reward is one-time only and classified as "free tokens". Free tokens do not expire while your account is active. Creating multiple accounts to exploit verification rewards is a violation of these Terms and grounds for immediate account termination (see Section 14).

Only unused purchased tokens are eligible for withdrawal. Free tokens and bonus tokens are not eligible for withdrawal under any circumstances. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions: • A processing fee of 10% of the withdrawal amount is deducted from the payout • The minimum withdrawal amount is 10 tokens ($10 USD equivalent) • Withdrawals are processed within 14 business days • Payouts are made in cryptocurrency to a wallet address you provide • DollarPerSignal reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal • If your account is under review for a potential Terms violation, withdrawals may be suspended until the review is complete DollarPerSignal is not responsible for losses arising from incorrect wallet addresses, network fees, or blockchain transaction failures.

Token purchases are final and generally non-refundable. Exceptions may be granted at DollarPerSignal's sole discretion under the following circumstances: • Duplicate payment — If the same payment is processed twice due to a technical error, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full • Non-delivery of tokens — If tokens are not credited to your account within 24 hours of confirmed payment, you may request a full refund • Platform discontinuation — If DollarPerSignal permanently ceases operations, remaining purchased tokens may be refunded (see Section 15) Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] within 30 days of the payment date. Approved refunds are processed in the original cryptocurrency paid, minus any applicable network transaction fees. The 0.5-token loss refund described in Section 6 is an automatic platform credit, not a cash refund, and is not subject to this refund policy.

DollarPerSignal may suspend your account and freeze your token balance if: • You are suspected of violating these Terms • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected on your account • You fail to complete requested identity verification (KYC) • A legal or regulatory obligation requires us to do so During suspension, you may not use, withdraw, or transfer tokens. If the suspension is resolved in your favour, your account and token balance will be reinstated in full. If the suspension results in termination (see Section 14), the token forfeiture rules in that section apply.

You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials • All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you • Ensuring your account information (email, notification preferences) remains accurate and current • Notifying us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorised access DollarPerSignal is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to secure your account credentials. We will never ask you for your password.

You agree not to: • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose • Resell, redistribute, or commercialise signals without written authorisation • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract algorithmic strategies or proprietary data • Manipulate, abuse, or circumvent the token system (including exploiting refund mechanics) • Create multiple accounts to exploit signup bonuses, referral rewards, or promotions • Interfere with the Platform's infrastructure, security, or availability • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform beyond normal usage patterns • Impersonate another user or DollarPerSignal staff • Engage in or facilitate money laundering, terrorism financing, or sanctions evasion Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, token forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement where applicable.

a) Voluntary Closure You may close your account at any time. Before closure, you may withdraw your purchased token balance under Section 9 (purchased tokens only, 10% fee, KYC). Free and bonus tokens are not withdrawable and are forfeited on closure. Any withdrawal request submitted before closure is processed per Section 9. Account data is deleted or anonymised within 90 days of closure, except data we must retain for legal, regulatory, or fraud-prevention purposes (see Privacy Policy). b) Involuntary termination DollarPerSignal may terminate your account immediately and without notice if you materially breach these Terms. Upon involuntary termination: • All tokens — purchased, free, and bonus — are forfeited immediately • No refund or withdrawal is available for forfeited tokens • You may appeal the decision within 14 days by emailing [email protected]

If DollarPerSignal permanently discontinues the Platform, we will: • Provide at least 30 days' notice via email and the Platform • Allow users to withdraw eligible purchased tokens during the notice period (subject to Section 9) • After the notice period, all remaining tokens are forfeited Temporary service interruptions (maintenance, technical failures, force majeure) do not constitute discontinuation and do not trigger refund rights.

Nothing on DollarPerSignal constitutes financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument. All trading signals and educational content are provided for informational purposes only. You acknowledge that: • You are making independent trading decisions at your own risk • Past performance of any strategy does not guarantee future results • DollarPerSignal bears no responsibility for the outcome of trades you execute • You should seek independent financial advice if you are unsure about the suitability of trading See our Risk Disclaimer for a comprehensive overview of the risks involved in trading.

All content on DollarPerSignal — including but not limited to strategy algorithms, signal data, statistical models and methodologies, software, user interface design, text, graphics, and logos — is the intellectual property of DollarPerSignal and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any content on this Platform without explicit written permission. Receiving signals does not grant you any ownership or licence over the underlying algorithmic strategies or data.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DollarPerSignal and its founders, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for: • Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential trading losses • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill • Losses arising from reliance on signals, analytics, or any content on the Platform • Technical failures, service interruptions, delays, or data transmission errors • Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account • Losses arising from actions taken or not taken based on information on this Platform In no event shall DollarPerSignal's total aggregate liability exceed the lesser of: (a) the amount you have paid for token purchases in the 90 days preceding the claim, or (b) $500 USD.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DollarPerSignal and its founders, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, your trading activities, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Your use of DollarPerSignal is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved as follows: • The parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days • If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) • The language of arbitration shall be English • The seat of arbitration shall be Dubai, UAE Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking interim or injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. All remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Risk Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and DollarPerSignal with respect to your use of the Platform, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and agreements, whether oral or written.

These Terms are provided in English and Arabic. The Arabic version is for convenience only. In the event of any conflict between the two versions, the English version prevails and is legally binding.
